With our experiences in project development, project planning, project execution as well as start-ups and the documentation for project closeout, we are your partner for investment projects and maintenance projects.

We are specialized on the operative support and consulting of the building owner for the integrated execution of projects. Your objectives are our objectives. These are:

• To define the costs for your projects and keep them into the frame of your needs and the planned project scope.
• To reach the dates you set for your project objectives. Milestones have to be planned realistically, to consolidate the requirements of the building owner with the temporal needs of the construction execution.
• To ensure the quality of your project. That means we will analyze which of the possible solutions will fit your requirements (fit for purpose).

These three factors are defining every project and are also standing in competition to each other. To define the quality is mostly the easiest part, because the quality requirements are well defined in the companies. To align the costs and the dates of your project is more difficult: low costs are often reached by successive planning and execution, which needs relatively much time. On the other hand high resources are necessary to hold tight milestones – especially if, as so often in projects, you have to face with delays.

In dialog with you, we will figure out the so-called project driver of your project and develop, plan and realize your project together with you.

In exchange with you, we will first define your actual project objectives. That means we will exactly divide between what you “wish to have” and what you definitely need. After that, we will support you with our knowledge and our experience, so that costs, dates, and quality are brought to the best possible accordance in your project.
